Findspace is a comprehensive platform for addressing the needs of the Commercial Real-Estate (CRE) community. Today, the Findspace platform primarily addresses the needs of landlords who need to manage and market the available space in their building portfolios. Utilizing a proprietary and highly specialized CMS called CoRE, landlords can maintain and track all their current real-estate assets. Building data can be then be published to searchable listing pages embedded into their corporate websites or syndicated out to third party listing services. Real-estate brokers may subscribe to receive ongoing updates of new leasing announcements.
The Findspace platform consists of the following main components:
CoRE
Used by landlords to manage all their commercial property assets
- Manages buildings and suites for office, industrial and retail use
- Data can be input manually or imported with automated workflows
- Manages leases and availability status of suites
- Supports contact information for property leasing inquiries
- Manages media files (images, PDF, video, 3D) for all buildings and suites
- Building and suite data is represented as a “stacking plan” - a visual representation of the vertical floorplates of the building. PDF reports can be generated of the stacking plans and leases status.
- Publishes building and suite data to “Availability Reports” on landlord’s corporate website as chosen by landlord
- Syndicates published data to third party CRE aggregator sites (ie. Altus Insite, Spacelist)
- Manages mailing lists for brokers and others who register for lease availability updates.
Availability Reports(Leasing pages)
- Provide a searchable listing of a landlord’s published property assets (Leasing pages)
- Embedded into the landlord’s corporate website and can be customized to differentiate and brand the pages
- Available to both brokers and tenants (public access) but used primarily by brokers
- Selected “Favorites” (buildings and suites) can be downloaded to a formatted PDF report
- Brokers can download a “Broker Package” – a zip file containing all media associated with a selected building
- Brokers and Tenants can register and subscribe to receive regular email updates of their selected criteria
- Landlords are notified of all activity related to broker and tenant visits
