Dashboard DisplayConsolidated information about your building portfolio in real-time 1. Navigation ButtonsNavigation panel buttons sidebar menu accesses the 4 major areas of the application: Dashboard, Listings, Portfolio(Buildings) and Settings 2. General Portfolio SearchEnter building name or address in the search field. Once selected from the dropdown the user will be taken directly to the property of interest in the Building page. 3. Portfolio SummarySummary includes real-time state of Total Suite Area and Number of Suites. 4. Suite Distribution InformationSuite Distribution Includes a breakdown of the Space Type and Total Suite Area for a given space type, the number of suites and the % Space Type with reference to the total of the portfolio. Note: The summary information displayed on the dashboard is controlled by the Dashboard Filter selections. 5. Leasing Summary InformationThe Lease Expiry profile summarizes when the leases of the portfolio will expire based on the portfolio being reviewed. The graph to the right is a convenient visual summary the information and highlights critical periods with the most lease expirations. Note The summary information displayed on the dashboard is controlled by the Portfolio Filter selections. 6. Dashboard FilterNarrow down the Portfolio to an area of interest using the available filters: Fund, Type of Space, Province, Region, Group and City. | ||||
