Listings ViewThe purpose of the “Your Listings” page is to conveniently display information on all suites currently being listed as “available” or that could become available and to provide a high level overview of current performance metrics and competitive listings.AnalyticsA summary area across the top of the page displays some essential analytics about the current listings.1. Total Published AreaTotal area of suites that have been published to public view. 2. Total Non-Published AreaTotal area of suites that have not been published to public view. 3. Total Suite AreaTotal area of suites in current Portfolio selection. 4. Table ListingThe table lists all Public suites in buildings returned by the portfolio filter (default settings) and is sortable by each column heading. Each entry/row in the table represents one available suite. For each available suite, the table displays the following attributes:
Suite Type and Label (typically a number but can be alphanumeric) Suite label is hyperlinked to CoRE suite in the stacking plan (opens the suite)
Building Name is hyperlinked to CoRE Building Page (opens the building). Address consists only of Street Number, Street Name and City

Listing Portfolio FiltersNarrow down listings by Asset Type, Leasing Contact, Location and/or Suite Leasing Area 1. Update / ResetUpdate the Dashboard portfolio display or reset it to include the entire portfolio of active buildings. 2. Building Use TypeFilter by primary asset type 3. Leasing ContactNarrow down by leasing contact assigned to the building 4. CityFilter by city 5. SizeFilter Suites by leasing area |
