Overview

The stacking plans represent the most important representation of the leasable suites contained within each building in the portfolio. The stacking plan graphically displays each floor of the building and each suite located within each floor. The relative position of the suites within each floor can be repositioned. Color coding is used to represent vacancies or the expiry of each current suite lease. This view is most useful to administrators to quickly understand the current status of the building suite leases. Selecting a suite on the stacking plan displays the suite's relevant information on the sidebar.

Stacking Plan Filters
The stacking plan can be filtered in several ways as well as searched using the search bar at the top. There are General Filters(1), Profile Filters by lease expiry dates(2) and Tenant Rights and Encumbrances(3)Filter results will be highlighted, and other suites faded.
*Vacant will appear on all suites with no lease information. Public/Private indicates whether a suite is being published as available on the leasing pages.

When there are more than 4 suites on a floor, the floor can be expanded to see all suites. This is to allow more information to be displayed for each suite:
Each suite on the stacking plan indicates the "measured" area, status, tenant name, and tenant rights.

The three dots in the upper right-hand corner for each suite contain a menu for adding/deleting a suite, archiving a suite and  adding/deleting a floor.
