Suite Information 1. Make suite public/private 2. Click on Edit to make changes to the Marketing Attributes 3. Editable fields Dates can be selected for Just Leased, New Suite, Model Suite and Promoted Suite to determine how long the tag will show on the leasing pages. The Just Leased tag allows the suite to remain visible on the leasing pages with a tag saying "Leased" until the expiry date is reached. Once the expiry date is reached, the status of the suite will automatically be switched from Public to Private. Marketing Area, Max. Contiguous and Min. Divisible are the measurements that will appear on the leasing pages when a suite is published. An availability date can also be selected, so suites that are not yet vacant can still be marketed on the leasing pages. The rent and additional rent can be added at the suite level but can also be added at the building level. Suite notes can be added here as well. 4. Other Attributes This tab is primarily for storing internal information, although the suite name and type will be published on the leasing pages. This is where the measured area can be added. It is often the same as the marketing area, but can be different. |
