The Specifications tab is where information about the building can be added. There are some fields that differ depending on the asset type, so Industrial will require some different information than a Retail or Office building. Not all fields must be filled in, but adding more information means that the building page will be more robust. 
Common to All Asset types:
Building Information: Basic information about the building, including asset type.  
General Information
Tenants Costs: These are costs that apply to all suites in the building. If costs vary by suite, don't enter at the building level. There is an option to have the Additional Costs totaled by adding the Utilities, Operating Costs, Realty Tax and Other Tenant Costs, or if Calculate Additional Total is toggled off, the total can be added without a breakdown
