If you want to market a suite as available on the leasing pages, it must be made "public". This is done from within the stacking plan. Suite specific information and media can also be added, and the Marketing Area information updated. Making a suite public triggers a Broker Update to go out to the brokers who are registered for updates. There is an "i" beside each field in the suite that shows what changes will cause a Broker Update to be sent.

To remove a suite that has been leased, switch the tab to "Private" or click the "Just Leased" and select a date. This option allows the suite to show with a "just leased" label on the leasing pages until the date selected when it will then be switched to "Private" automatically.
It is also possible to suppress the broker update announcing that the suite is leased by unchecking the "Include in Broker Updates" box, then clicking Yes to switch the suite to private.

It is also possible to market a suite that will be available in the future, or requires a notice period.
