Broker Updates are emails that are sent to brokers informing them of significant changes to suite listings. The brokers need to be registered to receive the updates, which can be done in two ways. If a list of brokers is provided to us, included first and last name and email address, we will upload it for you. Brokers can also register on your leasing pages by clicking on the "Subscribe" button. A registration form will drop down and users can specify which asset type, size, and availability they are interested in. They can choose either daily, weekly or monthly. If the daily option is chosen, this does not mean they will receive an email every day. Emails are only sent when there has been a significant change to the listing (New listing, Just leased, Rent or Additional Rent changes, Availability and changes to the size of the suite.) Broker Updates are available in both French and English.

You may want to register for Broker Updates as well, so you can see what your brokers are receiving. The attached spreadsheet can be used to submit your list of brokers to be uploaded into Findspace to register your list of brokers.
