The Broker Package is a downloaded zip file that is available for visitors to your leasing pages. When a visitor requests a Broker Package, they are required to fill in their email address, and name. An email is sent to the top two leasing contacts listed for the requested building.

The zip file contains four folders: As-built folder: any PDF's added at the suite level (restrict to floor plans only if possible) Images folder: any images that have been added  Location folder: two map views, one zoomed into the building location, and one further away from the building Marketing folder: PDF's that have been added at the building level

The Broker Package is intended to be used by brokers who visit the leasing pages. The marketing material they download can be repurposed by them for their prospective tenants.
