If using the Databridge option, buildings will be added once they are included on the XML or CSV upload. If not using this option, you will need to add new buildings manually. Make sure you have the building name and address. Then, from the Portfolio page, click on New Building in the upper right-hand corner.

The next step is to choose the asset type, then enter the address of the building. Once you have entered the address in the map, you can decide to add a building name, or use the address for the building name as well.

Fill out the remaining fields, and click Create Building in the lower left-hand corner. The building will now be added to your portfolio with a stacking plan and is ready to be filled in with information.

The floors can be renamed by clicking on the number beside the floor to the left of the stacking plan. The floor size can also be added if desired. Make sure you hit "Enter" when changing these fields.
