It is simple to make a suite available on the leasing pages. As soon as you switch it from private to public, it will be published as an available suite and a broker update will be sent the following morning. Switching a suite from public to private or from private to public will trigger a broker update the day following the change. |
You will want to add more details to the listing. To add details, click on "Edit" in the Marketing Attributes section. Changes can be made to the fields listed below. More fields are available if the suite type is industrial so that more suite specifications can be added. (Industrial suite specifications can be seen here) As always, adding more information results in a more robust listing. |
The basic available fields are: Marketing Area, Max. Contiguous, Min Divisible, Availability Date, Notice Period, Rent, and Additional Rent. There is also a space for Suite Notes. |
The "i" icon lets you know that changes to the marked fields will trigger a Broker Update notifying registered brokers that there has been a significant change to the listing. If the icon is not present, changes to the field will not cause a broker update. |
You can also attach labels to a listing to make the listing stand out on the leasing pages. The available labels are: Just Leased, New Suite, Model Suite and Promoted Suite. These will appear on the leasing pages, and a date can be selected for their removal. This means you don't have to remember to go back to the listing and remove the label. |
For suites that are not vacant, but will be on the market in the future, an Availability Date can be set. |
Floor plans and images can also be added at the suite level by clicking on the image in the middle of the media bar. This will bring you to a page where media can be uploaded. The media will only appear if it is made public. |
Suite media can be labelled. For example, a floor plan can be labelled as "Plan". This causes the plan to appear on the public suite page where it can be easily downloaded by visitors to the site. |
