Difference between Measured area and Marketing Area in Findspace:
The Measured area is added to the suite panel under the Other Attributes section. It is the "official" measurement of the suite, using something like the BOMA floor measurement standards. This measurement does not appear on the public leasing pages, but is used to calculate the rentable area of the building.
The Marketing area is added to the suite panel under the Marketing Attributes section in the suite panel. While it is usually the same as the measured area, there are instances where they differ. The Marketing area is the area of the suite that is available to lease, and is published on the leasing pages. It is important to always populate this field when a suite is published.
