Adding a building contact
If a building contact for a building is an internal employee who will be logging into Findspace, they are considered a User, and are added by Findspace. To add them, send the contact details and privilege levels to support@findspace.com to have them created.

External building contacts are added directly to a building, and can be added by any users with read/write privileges in their account. Building contacts can either be Leasing Contacts or Property Contacts. Leasing Contacts always display above the Property Contacts on the leasing pages. The first two leasing contacts listed are sent information requests and broker package downloads notifications when a visitor to the leasing pages fills out either request. Property contacts are not sent information request leads or notified when a broker package is downloaded. They also don't appear on the search pages, only on the building pages and suite pages.

 It is easy to change the order of the contacts by clicking and dragging. If a contact is edited from the building contact page, the information will be updated on every building the contact is associated with so there is no need to go to each building individually and make changes.
